Naeera is an Advanced Trauma Release Provider and Integrative health coach who helps people release stored tension, ease anxiety, and regulate the nervous system.

Blending therapies like craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, somato-emotional release, Hijama, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), her holistic approach restores balance, reduces stress, and supports the body back to homeostasis—so you can finally let go of what you’ve been holding on to and leave feeling lighter, looser, and deeply restored.

My work centres on Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), alongside coaching to better understand stress, patterns, and daily habits. I also offer personalised wellness support, including lifestyle guidance and restorative detox practices.

I hold an Honours degree in Economics and later pivoted into health and wellness, a shift that informs my grounded, practical approach to lasting wellbeing.
